Following the centuries old tradition, a team of experts supervises the wine production, combining traditional techniques with modern technologies. The oenologist monitors the entire production cycle: from the cultivation of the vines to the delicatevinification phase.


"Antonello Cassarà" wines come from grapes mostly grown on the family estate. The cultivated lands stretch along hills between 250 and 450 metres above sea-level. They are espaliered and pruned in the "guyot" technique.
